90 m² of space and a large balcony to relax on. It has a kitchen, two bedrooms with private bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower), and can comfortably host up to 6 guests (4+2).

On the second floor, there is the spacious ‘Blue Dream’ penthouse, which occupies the entire floor (148 m², excluding the staircase). The apartment features a balcony with a jacuzzi and offers the same capacity of 4+2 guests, but with significantly more space and comfort. The bedrooms are the same size, and the kitchen includes a central island.
